In Philippians, Paul writes, “Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.” To be “careful for nothing” means don’t be worried, anxious, or stressed out! God’s word gives us the “recipe” to do away with such feelings. The moment you feel concerned about anything, be it big or small, pray earnestly to your heavenly Father. Talk to Him and seek His loving help and counsel. Thank Him for the wonderful blessings He has already given you. As you do this, you will feel His presence, and all the fear and anxiety will melt away. You will know that He is in charge of your life, and of the lives of those you love.
