Hello Everyone,

The Lesson Matter tells you that you are spiritual because you are the image and likeness of God. All is Spirit. It also tells us about kindness and sharing, “blessed is that man who seeth his brother’s need and supplieth it, seeking his own in another’s good.”(Science and Health, by Mary Baker Eddy, page 518)

Below is a little prayer to use each day and memorize.

“Let unselfishness, goodness, mercy, justice, health, holiness, love, the kingdom of heaven reign within us and sin, disease, and death will diminish until they finally disappear.”(Science and Health, by Mary Baker Eddy, page 248) Because you are spiritual you do naturally express these qualities of God.
