Sunday School Lesson for the week of November 6th, 2022

Hello Everyone,

As we continue talking about prayer please send any prayers you have to us that you would like to share.*

Many lines from the Bible can be used for praying for yourself and others…. Like a citation in the Lesson Sermon this week in Responsive Reading from Psalm 92: …”to give thanks unto the LORD…To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night.” Prayers of gratitude are very powerful! Try saying a prayer in your own words.

Mrs. Eddy Suggests we pray with the 23 Psalm, The Lord’s Prayer, and the 91 Psalm every day. The Lord’s Prayer with interpretation by Mrs. Eddy can be found on pages 16-17 of Science and Health. These and other prayers can be found on plainfieldcs.com website in the Children’s Website section.

Remember, Jesus said to go by yourself and be in a quiet place to pray as well as praying anytime, anywhere all during the day or night. Quietly alone or playing, praying takes you closer to God.
